Cleaning and Checking Jewelry:
At
Ruby & Sons Jewelers, we clean and check your jewelry for FREE! Are you
worried that you may have a loose stone? Maybe one of your prongs is
catching on a piece of clothing. Stop by and let us inspect it for you. We
will inspect your jewelry and give our recommendations as to what needs to
be done to fix it. We want you to be proud to wear your jewelry. Having your
jewelry cleaned and checked periodically by us will help your jewelry look
its best and be its best.
Jewelry Repair:
Do you have rings that don’t fit anymore, or a ring with a stone missing? Let us be of help. Bring your jewelry in and let us repair it for you. We repair all your fine jewelry in house and we’ll make it look like the day you first received it. We have three full time bench jewelers at our Endicott store.
We have over 80 years of experience in repairing fine jewelry. We take
pride in our reputation of our quality workmanship. We will assess any
repair and make our best recommendations as to what will be the next step to
getting your jewelry in good wearing condition. We have a full service
repair department that will be happy to fix any kind of jewelry problem you

Watch Repair:
If the battery in your watch is low, or the crystal is scratched, let us help you with that. Batteries, crystals, stems, crowns, watch bands, what ever the problem is we would be more than happy to fix it.
Insurance Evaluations:
If the jewelry piece is bought from us, we will provide this information at no charge at the time of sale.
These evaluations are required for obtaining insurance on your fine jewelry. The value given on the evaluation will tell you what it should cost to replace it from our store in case of a loss.
